The following are the proposed major amendments to RA 9646 by the Hon. Antonio V. Trillanes under Senate Bill No. 2757 :
1. Removal of real estate developers under Sec. 28
2. Change of educational requirements for real estate salespersons
3. Removal of the provision on the required 1:20 broker to salespersons ratio
