The Commission wishes to inform the public that the PRC customer hotline numbers, 310-1047 and 310-1026 are temporarily unavailable. To ensure that all queries and concerns are promptly given attention and response, we will be receiving them through emails and social media accounts. The public may opt likewise to visit the Commission’s website for further information.
