The
Professional Regulation Commission announces the re-scheduling of the 2
December 2018 (Written) and 8-11 January, 2019 (Revalida) Real Estate
Consultants Licensure Examination due to voluntary inhibition of Hon.
Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Board of Real Estate Service Member, from
participating in the conduct of the said examination, being a former
reviewer of the IPREE examinees prior to her appointment to the Board.
By reason of such inhibition, the two (2) remaining members of the
Board, Hon. Ofelia C. Binag and Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo, cannot
administer the examination for lack of required quorum in the Board.
The said examination will be re-scheduled on 31 March 2019 (Written) and 23-26 April 2019 (Revalida).
