PRC Service Centers at Robinsons Malls

Manila, September 19, 2016---The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), in partnership with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has established Service Centers at Robinson’s Place Manila and Robinson’s Galleria. The Service Centers offers Application for Licensure Examination and Renewal of PRC professional identification cards.

The service centers are located at Level 2, Padre Faura Wing of the Robinson’s Place Manila and at the Basement 1, East Lane via Robinsons Bank of Robinson’s Galleria. They are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, during weekdays only.

Applicants for licensure examinations and professionals renewing their professional identification cards are advised to first visit the PRC website, www.prc.gov.ph, and click on the Robinson’s banner located at the right side of the PRC mainscreen.

2016 PRC Awards Night

Manila, June 27, 2016 --- On June 22, 2016 the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) celebrated its annual Awards Night at the Manila Hotel.

Former Senate President Manuel Villar Jr. was the Guest Speaker who urged the PRC to maintain its high standards in regulating the practice of professions to produce globally competitive Filipino professionals that will be on par with global counterparts.

Awards to thirty-six (36) outstanding professionals, three (3) outstanding accredited professional organizations, and an outstanding professional regulatory board were conferred by the PRC including the Nubla Excellence Award.

The PRC Awards Night is the culmination of the week-long celebration of the PRC in commemoration of its 43rd Anniversary and the Professional Regulation Week.

PRC Service Centers at Robinsons Malls

Manila, June 21, 2016---A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), represented by its Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. and the Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), represented by its President Frederick D. Go was signed for the opening of PRC Service Centers in selected Robinsons Malls nationwide in order to provide additional and convenient delivery of PRC services, especially to Filipino professionals. 

RLC shall provide rent-free at least 50 square meters of furnished mall spaces to PRC at the following mall locations: 

Robinsons Galleria

Robinsons Place Manila

Robinsons Place Santiago

Robinsons Place Iloilo

Robinsons Place Bacolod

Robinsons Place Dumaguete

Robinsons Galleria Cebu

Robinsons Place Butuan

Robinsons Place Gensan

Robinsons Place Tacloban

vs. PROFESSIONAL REGULATORY BOARD OF REAL ESTATE SERVICE and PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION, Respondents.

"x x x The foregoing shows that substantial distinctions do exist between ordinary property owners exempted under Section 28(a) and real estate developers like petitioners, and the classification enshrined in R.A. No. 9646 is reasonable and relevant to its legitimate purpose. The Court thus rules that R.A. No. 9646 is valid and constitutional."
