Starting tomorrow, 1 September 2018, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the full implementation of its Online Renewal System (ORS) to all PRC Regional/Satellite offices including its Service Centers / OSSCOs.

ORS allows the online application, online appointment and online payment for the renewal of Professional Identification Card.

Manila, Philippines – The Commission’s Chairman, Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. administered the oath-taking ceremony of the newly appointed Chairperson of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service.

Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, newly appointed Chairperson for the Board of Real Estate Service, formally took her oath before the Professional Regulation Commission, witnessed by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes and Commissioner Jose Y. Cueto, Jr. on 14 August 2018, at the Commission’s Office at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.

PRC Opens New Service Center in Naga


Naga, Philippines – Dr. Elenita L. Tan, Regional Director of Professional Regulation Commission and Robinsons Land Corporation Operations Director for Luzon, Mr. Irving L. Wu recently led the Inauguration and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony of the new PRC Service Center at Robinsons Place Naga City last 1 August, 2018. The event was witnessed by representatives from the Commission on Higher Education, Civil Service Commission, Department of Labor and Employment, Office of the City Mayor and PRC Legazpi City employees and clients.
The new office shall be offering the following services:
  1. Application for Various Licensure Examinations
  2. Renewal, Printing and Issuance of Professional Identification Card
  3. Processing of CPD Applications
  4. Initial Registration
  5. Application for Registration Without Examination
  6. Issuance of Certifications and Authentication
The new Service Center is located at 2nd floor, Robinsons Place Naga City and will be open from Mondays to Fridays, from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Malacañang on Wednesday, Aug. 8, said President Rodrigo R. Duterte has appointed new officials this August, including Arnold G. Larena as a labor arbiter at the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE).

Mr. Larena is a managing partner of the Larena Larena & Marasigan Law Office in Davao City.

“Pursuant to the provisions of existing laws, you are hereby appointed Labor Arbiter, National Labor Relations Commission, Department of Labor and Employment, replacing Arturo P. Aponesto,” Mr. Larena’s appointment letter read.

Mr. Duterte signed the appointment papers of Mr. Larena on Aug. 6.

The One Stop Shop of the Central Office

oss picThe One Stop Shop (OSS) is a conglomeration of the various offices’ frontlines in the Central Office. It provides more convenient and efficient service in a common location at the lower ground floor lobby, equipped with modern facilities such as a queuing system, a free Wi-Fi “Juan-Konek” Internet server, and an ARTA-compliant atmosphere. 

Divided into several windows, available services include the status of lots and decrees, certified true copies of survey plans with their technical descriptions, microfilms of titles and plans, certified true copies of anywhere-to-anywhere (A2A) titles, as well as dedicated cashiers for the payment of services. There are also windows that provide assistance for all kinds of inquiries and complaints, the receiving of communications and court documents, and a separate room for Officers-of-the-Day of different sections for those seeking technical advice.

The facility formally opened on the 1st of February of 2015 during LRA’s 112th Anniversary with a ribbon-cutting and a Eucharistic celebration. Now supervised by the Director of Land Registration Operations Service Engr. Porfirio R. Encisa, Jr., with the support of Administrator Renato D. Bermejo, the OSS is the new face of the Authority’s Central Office before the general public.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC : Digitization/scanning of all manually-issued Certificates of Title

The general public is hereby notified that by September 30, 2018, the Land Registration Authority ("LRA") and its Registries of Deeds ("RDs") shall complete the digitization/scanning of all manually-issued Certificates of Title in their records, and the digitization/scanning activities of titles shall be discontinued in all LRA's Offices, thereafter.

This Authority strongly encourages all Owners of Titled Properties and Parties with registered interests on Titled Lands to ensure that these have been digitized/scanned and are existing in the database records of the LRA and its RDs by requesting for Certified True Copies of their manually-issued Certificates of Title.

You may request for Certified True Copies at the RD where your Title is registered, or at any Computerized RD nearest you via LRA’s Anywhere-to-Anywhere Services.
