Postponement of the Conduct of the August 2, 2018 Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the postponement of the Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers on August 2, 2018 due to the untimely demise of Hon. Florencio C. Diño II last February 2018. The Board is left with two (2) members, thereby, rendering the Board without the required legal quorum to do and perform collegial acts, including the preparation and conduct of the licensure examinations.

PRC Mobile Service in Cagayan and Isabela

The Professional Regulation Commission – Tuguegarao Regional Office will conduct a series of Mobile Outreach Services in the following municipalities of Cagayan and Isabela:


Printing of Professional Identification Card at the venue is subject the availability and stability of the network and internet connection. Other PRC services will be facilitated as per request.

PRC Opens New Service Center in Ormoc

Tacloban, Philippines - Commissioner Jose Y. Cueto, Jr. of the Professional Regulation Commission and Ormoc City Mayor Richard I. Gomez recently led the Inauguration and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony of the new PRC Service Center at Robinsons Place Ormoc City last 26 June, 2018. The event was witnessed by PRC Tacloban Regional Director, Randie Narcival Taquiqui, representatives from the Department of Labor and Employment as well as employees of the PRC Tacloban Office.

The new office shall be offering the following services:
  1. Application for Various Licensure Examinations
  2. Renewal, Printing and Issuance of Professional Identification Card
  3. Initial Registration
  4. Application for Registration without Examination
  5. Requests for Various Certifications (Good Standing, Board Rating, Board Passing)
  6. Requests for Authentication (Professional Identification Card, Board Certificate, Certificate of Board Rating, Board Passing)
  7. Issuance and Duplication of Board Certificate
  8. State Board Verification
The new Service Center is located at 2nd floor, Robinsons Place Ormoc City and will be open from Mondays to Fridays, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

LRA Extension Office Inauguration

Another LRA Extension Office at Robinson’s Bank located at the Corporate Office in Robinson’s Galleria, Quezon City, was inaugurated last March 19, 2018.This is the 19th extension office that was established. 

This LRA Extension Office shall be capable of issuing certified true copies of titles covering properties located in different parts of the country in the comfort of its own office without need of personally going to different Registries of Deeds nationwide. 

“We all know how important it is for banks like you to be able to get the latest information relative to titles being used or offered as collateral. Fast, to-date, and reliable information is key to good business decisions that benefit not only the banks but, most especially, you clients,” says Deputy Administrator Ronald A. Ortile who represented the agency in this event. 

He expressed that the roll-out of the extension office will contribute to ease in doing business to Robinson’s Bank and its clients as LRA continues to explore more ways to simplify its services to the public through the use of modern technology.

PRC Las Piñas Opens on July 11, 2018

Manila, NCR - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in its commitment to reach and serve more clients will open a Service Center in Robinsons Place Las Piñas, ground floor, Alabang – Zapote Road, brgy., Talon Uno, Las Piñas, Metro Manila on July 11, 2018 (Wednesday).

Robinsons Place Las Piñas PRC Service Center will be open every Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. It will offer the following services:
  • Application for Licensure Examinations;
  • Renewal of Professional Identification Cards;
  • Issuance of Duplicate Professional Identification Cards;
  • Authentication of Certificate of Registration (COR) and/ Professional Identification Card (PIC);
  • Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing;
  • Original Certification of Board Rating/Board Passing;
  • Authentication of Board Rating/Board Passing; and
  • Processing of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Application.
The establishment of PRC Service Centers in Robinsons Malls is part of the agreement between PRC and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).

July 9, 2018 - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office in Legazpi announces the opening of PRC Service Center in Naga City, Camarines Sur on July 16, 2018 (Monday) at the 2nd Floor, Robinson’s Place Naga City,

The PRC Service Center shall offer the following services:
  1. Application for various Licensure Examinations,
  2. Initial Registration of New Passers,
  3. Renewal of Professional ID Card
Naga City, Camarines Sur will be the latest addition to the PRC Service Centers in Robinson’s Malls and it will be open from Monday to Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Manila, Philippines – In recognition of the excellence of our country’s professionals, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recently held its annual Awards Night last 21 June 2018 at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel.

Heading the ceremonies is its Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr., along with Commissioners Yolanda D. Reyes and Jose Y. Cueto, Jr.  Former Pres. Fidel V. Ramos also graced the occasion as Guest of Honor; together with him is Undersecretary Jacinto Paras of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Highlights of the event include the awarding of the Outstanding Accredited Professional Organization award to the 8 Professional Organizations in recognition of their achievements, service, and commitment to the profession, the Outstanding Professional of the Year Award to the 33 professionals who have shown excellence in their respective fields of expertise, and the esteemed Nubla Excellence Award to honor the 5  professionals who best embodies the values of professionalism, integrity, responsibility, competence, and excellence.

The Commission acknowledges the achievement, commitment and the contribution of Filipino professionals to their respective fields as well as to the whole nation. The Awards Night was successfully concluded as the Commission commends and congratulates our country’s professionals.
