Temporary Suspension of Services in PRC Morayta

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public of the temporary shutdown of its offices in Morayta, Manila from June 25-26, 2020 (Thursday and Friday) for decontamination/disinfection purposes.
All frontline services shall likewise be suspended on the said dates. Affected appointments will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on June 29, 2020 (Monday).

Suspension of Services in PRC Robinsons Place Naga on June 18, 2020

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the temporary suspension of services in PRC Robinsons Place Naga on June 18, 2020, Thursday, in commemoration of the City’s Charter Anniversary.
This is pursuant to Republic Act No. 9210, “Declaring June 18 of each Year as Naga City Charter day and a Special Non-Working Public Holiday in the City of Naga in order to Commemorate the Charter Anniversary of the said City”.
Appointments scheduled on the said date will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on June 19, 2020 (Friday).

Suspension of Services in PRC Robinsons Place Bacolod on June 18, 2020

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the temporary suspension of services in PRC Robinsons Place Bacolod on June 18 2020, Thursday, in celebration of Bacolod City Charter Day.
This is pursuant to Republic Act No. 11146, “An Act Declaring June 18 of every Year a Special Non-Working Holiday in the City of Bacolod, Province of Negros Occidental, to be known as the Bacolod City Charter Day, in Commemoration of the day President Manuel L. Quezon signed and approved into effect Commonwealth Act No. 326, creating the City of Bacolod”.
Appointments scheduled on the said date will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on June 19, 2020 (Friday).

PRC Region XII Online Services for Renewal

PRC Region XII Online Services for Renewal
To accommodate pending transactions for RENEWAL OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS (PICs) from March 17, 2020 to April 8, 2020 in PRC Region XII, all professionals with confirmed appointments (paid online) and pending appointments (not yet cancelled) with PRC Cashier as chosen payment channel at PRC General Santos, Kidapawan, and Koronadal may avail of the said office and service centers’ Online Services.
The REQUIREMENTS for Renewal of PICs are:
  1. Duly signed online-generated Application for Professional Identification Card (PIC)/Renewal Form
  2. Recent passport-size picture in plain white background, complete name tag, in decent attire, and not pixelated taken within six (6) months
  3. Certificates of Attendance to PRC accredited/approved seminars/trainings with CPD units*
  4. Copy of PIC
  5. Other documents as may be prescribed by the Professional Regulatory Board of the concerned profession i.e. Certificate of Good Standing, Certificate of Membership, Surety Bond for Real Estate, etc.
  6. If through Representative:
  • Non-PRC License Holder
    • Valid Government-issued ID
    • Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
  • PRC Registered Professional
    • Valid PRC PIC
    • Authorization Letter
*For those who cannot comply with the required CPD units, please sign the undertaking portion located at the lower part of the printed online-generated Renewal Form
The following PROCEDURES will be properly observed:
  1. Scan clearly all the required documents and other requirements.
  2. Send the documents to the respective email addresses per appointment place for evaluation:

  1. Wait for the confirmation of receipt of documents. An email will be sent once evaluation is completed.
  2. Print or take a screenshot of the email from PRC Region XII of the assigned appointment.
  3. On appointment date and place, present printed or screenshot of the approved appointment to Public Assistance and Complaint Desk (PACD) and get priority number.
  4. For confirmed appointments (paid online), wait for number to be served and proceed to Renewal Counter for submission of DISINFECTED requirements (original and photocopy of documents placed inside a plastic envelope).
  5. For pending (not yet paid) appointments with PRC Cashier as chosen payment channel, wait for number to be served and pay the corresponding amount to the cashier and submit the DISINFECTED requirements (original and photocopy of documents placed inside a plastic envelope) to the Renewal Counter.
  6. Claim renewed PIC at the Releasing Counter.
